This simple breathing exercise will help you to be calm and focused, reducing stress. It helps to just focus on the air as you inhale and exhale through your nose:


Inhale through your nose for a count of 6

pause for a count of 1

Exhale through your nose for a count of 6

pause for a count of 1

Then repeat for up to a duration of 1 minute
